Returns & Refunds Policy - 

1 Objective:

To establish a structured and customer-friendly system that governs product returns, refund eligibility, and customer grievance redressal in line with international e-commerce standards.

2 Returns Eligibility Criteria:

- Products must be returned within 30 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date.

- Returned items must be unused, kept in their original packaging, and in resalable condition to qualify.

- Custom-made products, including specially dyed yarns or fabrics made to specific order instructions, are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage.

 

 

3 Step-by-Step Return Process:

-. The customer logs in to their Threadify.com account and navigates to the “Your Orders” dashboard.

-. The customer selects the product to return and clicks “Initiate Return.”

-. If the return reason is damage, defect, or incorrect item, the customer must upload clear photographic evidence.

- Our Returns Department evaluates the request and responds with a Return Authorization (RA) within 2–3 business days.

- Upon RA approval, the customer ships the item back using a trackable method (unless an Easy Return pickup is available).

- Once received, the returned product is inspected to confirm eligibility.

 

4 Refund Policy:

- Refunds are processed after the returned product passes inspection.

- Refunds are initiated to the original method of payment used during purchase.

- The refund timeline is 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider and the customer’s banking institution.

- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the return is due to Threadify’s fault (e.g., wrong item sent or product damage due to handling).

5 Easy Return Program:

We offer a dedicated “Easy Return” facility in select countries or metro areas, allowing for scheduled pickups via our logistics partners. This service is displayed on the product page and checkout if applicable.
