Ordering & Delivery

You can place an order directly through the Threadify platform. Simply browse our products, add the items you need to your cart, and proceed to check out. If you have any special requests, please include them in the order notes or contact us directly.

No, Threadify doesn’t require a minimum order quantity (MOQ). We provide any quantity whether it’s sample or bulk order.

Yes, Threadify offers custom dyeing, GSM, composition and other services to meet your specific needs. Please contact us with your requirements, and we will provide you with a quote and lead time.

Yes, you can order sample from Threadify platform. This allows you to check the quality, color, and texture of our products before placing a bulk order. You can request a sample from each individual product page.

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible through email: support@threadify.com. Changes can only be made if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Yes, Threadify offers worldwide shipping. Please note that international shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination. Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns & Exchanges

Threadify accepts returns for defective or damaged products. Please refer to the Refund Policy to know more in details.

To initiate a return on Threadify platform, please contact us through email 'support@threadify.com' with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Exchanges are allowed for defective or incorrect items. If you receive the wrong item or a defective product, please contact us immediately through email ‘support@threadify.com’ to arrange for an exchange.

Account & Technical Support

You can create an account by clicking on the "Sign Up" button on Threadify’s website and filling out the required information. Once your account is created, you’ll have access to our virtual fashion library, pricing, and special offers.

You can reset your Threadify account’s password by clicking on the “Forgot Password” link on the login page. Enter your email address, and we will send you instructions to reset your password.

You can update your Threadify account’s information by logging into your account and navigating to the “My Profile” section. Here, you can update your contact information and shipping addresses.
